These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ff8b ("ff8b", "the Platform", "We", "Us"). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested will be suspended until verification is complete.

Each individual may register only one account with ff8b. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide the following accurate information and to keep it up to date at all times:

All financial transactions on ff8b are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ff8b does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Bank transfers from major Bangladeshi financial institutions, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• The minimum deposit amount at ff8b is ৳100. ff8b does not charge a fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside the control of ff8b and are your responsibility.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ff8b reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal of any amount.

ff8b does not accept deposits or withdrawals on behalf of third parties. All funds deposited into your ff8b account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from payment sources belonging to another person are prohibited and will result in the return of funds and the suspension of the account pending investigation.

ff8b may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions specific to the individual promotion, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers at ff8b unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Creating or using more than one ff8b account, or using another person's account, whether with or without that person's consent.

ff8b employs fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with any of the above prohibited activities will be flagged for review and may be suspended pending investigation.

ff8b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ff8b reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by ff8b due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at ff8b's discretion, particularly where the balance is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or the use of prohibited software. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is involved, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method used on the account.

All content on the ff8b platform, including but not limited to the ff8b name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the property of ff8b or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ff8b content without prior written authorisation from ff8b.

Game content provided by third-party game studios and providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. ff8b holds licences to make such content available to players on the platform but does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

ff8b collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ff8b.app/privacy-policy. By using the ff8b platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. ff8b will not sell your personal data to third parties.
